What is a DTF transfer?

Direct to Film (DTF) printing is a versatile method that allows any design, in full color, to be printed directly onto a special film. The design is then transferred to your choice of fabric—whether cotton, polyester, blends, or even linen—using a simple heat press for just 7–12 seconds. This process works seamlessly on virtually any material, delivering vibrant, long-lasting results.

What is the minimum I can order?

No Order Minimums! Whether you need just 1 print or 100,000, we’re ready to deliver with the same quality and care every time.

What kind of press do I need for DTF Transfer?

You can use an everyday household iron or an industrial-grade heat press, or anything in between. Using a straightforward 7-12 second heat press and it works on any fabric.

What sizes are available for DTF Transfer Sheet?

We offer transfer sizes from as small as 2" x 2" all the way up to 12" x 20 feet, giving you complete flexibility for any project.

How do transfers hold up in the wash?

Our transfers are built to last. Each design has been rigorously tested across a variety of garments to ensure quality and reliability. Our stretch tests confirm that both DTF maintain their integrity without cracking under normal wear. Plus, withstanding 50+ washes, our specialized process significantly reduces fading or degradation, giving your prints long-lasting vibrancy and durability.

How quickly can I get my order?

Our goal is to have your order shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. All shipments include a $100 insurance policy for added peace of mind. Please note that while we take every precaution, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit—if any issues arise, contact your carrier directly.

Which file format should I use for my artwork?

For the highest quality prints, we recommend vector artwork. If you’re using raster images, please ensure they are at least 300 DPI. Preferred file formats are .AI, .PDF, and .EPS, though we also accept .JPG and .PNG files.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

We print files exactly as they are submitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all files are correct before sending. While we will make an effort to notify you if we notice a white background, this is not guaranteed. If we hold your items for changes such as removing a white background, your Turnaround Time (TAT) will begin once we receive the corrected files.
