Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. -
File Accuracy
We print files exactly as submitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all files are correct before ordering. - If we notice an issue such as a white background, we may notify you as a courtesy, but this is not guaranteed.
- If changes are requested, your order’s Turnaround Time (TAT) will begin only after corrected files are received.
Order Changes
Once your order enters the printing queue or production begins, no changes can be made (including cancellations, edits, or updates).
Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight.
- Each package includes at least $100 of insurance.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Standard TAT: 1–3 business days (purchase date is Day 0).
- Weekends and major holidays are not included in TAT.
- While we strive to meet this timeframe, it is not guaranteed.
